Claim your Kilihub page
Every one of the 28 operator pages on Kilihub was built from public sources: your website, the KPAP register, review platforms. Where we could not find something, the page says so. Claiming lets you correct what is wrong, fill in what is missing, and speak to climbers in your own words. It is free, it stays free, and it never changes where you appear.
What changes when you claim
- Your facts, your words. The six questions climbers ask most go into your fact table, labelled Operator says.
- Corrections. Anything we read wrong gets fixed, with your source linked next to it.
- A short introduction. Up to 600 characters in your own voice, shown on your page and clearly marked as written by you, not by Kilihub.
- Your links. Website (a direct, followed link), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.
- Your logo on the card and the page.
- A Claimed status pill, and a path to Verified once we have seen your TALA licence.
- A Listed on Kilihub badge for your own website, linking back to your page.
How it works
Four steps, all by email. No account, no login, no forms.
- 1Email us from your company domain
Use the button below. It opens an email to hello@kilihub.com with a short template: your name and role, phone or WhatsApp, TALA licence number, website, social links and your intro text. Send it from an address at your company's own domain, not Gmail or Yahoo; that is how we know it is you.
- 2We confirm it is you
We reply to that address, or we ask for a message from the contact address published on your website. No passwords, no accounts. A human reads every claim, so allow a few working days.
- 3You answer the questions climbers ask
The six questions below, plus anything on your page that is wrong, each correction with a link to the right source. Reply in the same email thread. Nothing is published until you have seen it.
- 4Your page updates
Your answers appear in the fact table, marked “Operator says”. Your website link, social links, logo and introduction go live. The status pill changes to Claimed. Send us your TALA licence and it becomes Verified for twelve months.
The six questions we will ask
Each one is something a climber actually wants to know and almost no operator website answers. Your answers are published as your statements, not as Kilihub findings.

If you want to go further, we are glad to publish these as well, on the same terms:
- Climbs per year and team size, as a rough band
- Guide certification: how many hold Wilderness First Responder or equivalent
- Porter load limit, meals per day, sleeping arrangements, and since when you have been a KPAP partner
- Whether evacuation insurance is included, and with whom
- Deposit, cancellation terms and single supplement
- Languages your guides speak
- Where climbers find your fixed departure dates
- How you prefer to be contacted, and how fast you usually reply
The rules
Short, and the same for everyone. They are what make a claimed page worth more than an advert.
- Your words stay your words. Everything you send is shown with an amber Operator says mark or a Written by the operator label. It only becomes Verified when we have seen a document, and verification expires after twelve months.
- Plain text, no links, no superlatives. The introduction is your story, not a sales page: no “best”, no “#1”, no success-rate percentages, no URLs. We read every one before it goes live.
- Sourced facts stay on the page. You can correct a fact with a better source and you can add what is missing. A page built from accurate public information is not taken down on request.
- Nothing here is for sale. No fees, no premium tier, no sponsored placement. Claiming does not move you up the directory; disclosure does, because the default sort is how many facts a page holds.
- We get nothing if a climber books with you. No commission, no leads sold. That is what lets climbers trust the page you are claiming.
