G Adventures review 2026
Toronto, Canada · founded 1990 · 4 routes
G Adventures publishes an 8-day Lemosho price of $4,799 including park fees, which leaves about $461 per climber per day to run the climb after the $1,109 TANAPA fees. It appears on the KPAP partner register. It does not publish a porter day wage. Kilihub has not verified these figures.
Our aggregate: the review-count-weighted mean of every public rating we could find, read on 2026-08-26. Kilihub does not collect its own reviews yet.
We get nothing if you book with them. No commission, no sponsored spots, no paid placement. Every fact on this page carries a source and a date.

Reviews across platforms
We show every public rating we could find rather than the flattering one. Counts matter more than scores: almost every operator on this mountain sits between 4.5 and 5.0.

| TourRadar | 4.7 | 12,732 | read 2026-08-26 |

| Kilihub aggregate | 4.8 | 28,977 | 3 platforms |
Trustpilot is the only platform here that shows whether a profile is claimed, whether the company pays for review-invitation tools, and warnings about the company itself, so we weight it highest. This profile scores 4.9 from 16024 reviews, claimed since 2015-12. Company-wide profile covering the whole global tour catalogue, not Kilimanjaro specifically.

Where your money goes
Park fees are identical for every operator on the mountain. Subtract them and what is left is what this company has to run your climb: guides, porters, food, tents, transport and margin. We compute this from the published TANAPA tariff, so it is comparable across every operator here.
Prices read from the operator's own pages on 2026-08-26. Fees computed for a non-East African adult on the stated itinerary, VAT included. A low figure is a question to ask them, not a finding against them. How park fees work

Worth knowing
- The platforms tell very different stories: Trustpilot 4.9 from 16,024 (paid, invitation-driven) and TourRadar 4.7 from 12,732, against a company TripAdvisor listing at 2.9 from 221 - the lowest score any operator in this directory carries anywhere. All three cover the whole global catalogue, not Kilimanjaro; the Kili-specific signal is the Machame trip's 4.8 from about 50 on TourRadar.
- Emergency oxygen is a $118 rental and a portable toilet a $236 rental, not standard inclusions - most dedicated Kilimanjaro operators in this directory carry oxygen on every climb.
- The '8-day' Machame is 6 days on the mountain: day 1 is arrival and day 8 departure.
- Heavy discounting is normal: 20-25% off list prices was live on all three Kili trips when we checked, so the list price is rarely what you pay.
- On the KPAP register (as 'G Adventures, Canada'), and the Machame itinerary includes a visit to the KPAP office in Moshi.
