- Their published prices disagree with themselves: the prices page says Machame $3,550 / Lemosho $3,850 while the route pages and cost guide say $3,850 / $4,270 - the higher figures appear current.
- Not on the KPAP/IMEC partner register despite premium pricing and detailed ethical-wage discussion in their own cost guide.
- Deposit and cancellation specifics are not published; the terms page defers to booking documents.
- Thin third-party review base for a premium brand: one TripAdvisor listing registered in Kathmandu (4.8 from 36) and an unclaimed, empty Trustpilot. Their own site's Trustindex widget claims Google 5.0 from 411 reviews, which we could not verify on the platform itself.
